Torbay Council's Senior Leadership Team welcomes you to iLearn - a learning platform where you can access a range of online learning includng elearing modules, book yourself onto classroom based training, access ebooks.  The Senior Leadership Team want to support you in your learning as your development is essential to the performance and success of the Council.

Some of the All Staff elearning modules are mandatory such as Induction, Equality, Information Security, Information Governance and Health and Safety, whilst others are options to support your ongoing development such as Mental Health Awareness.  To support staff wellbeing you will also find elearning modules on Healthy Lifestyles and 5k Challenge.  If you are a Manager or a Supervisor there is an All Managers arera where you will also find a range of modules and courses to support you in your role.

Currently under development for Torbay Coucil staff we have appraisals, competency and behaviour frameworks and learning programmes.

We also welcome Schools and Academies, TEDC, and Torbay Safeguarding Children Board and hope that you enjoy your experience of iLearn and find it useful.

As always we are looking for ways to improve iLearn and would welcome your feedback and suggestions via the iLearn Forum.
